On confirmation of order, the products will be shipped in 10-12 working days.  

Return & Exchange 

• The product is qualified for refund/exchange only if it has reached the customer in a damaged / poor condition.
• In case of receipt of damaged piece in transit, you can write to us on hello@ciceroni.in and return the product with intact tags and receipt or proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the products. 
• If you receive a damaged product, please provide with photos and videos as a proof of damage.
