Wash and Care  

• Avoid excessive washing
• Hand wash separately in cold water, Make sure to wash different colors separately
• Use diluted liquid mild soap or mild detergents.
• Do not use chlorinated bleach
• Do not scrub

Keep away from direct sunlight
In caring for plant dyed clothing, we recommend storing the clothing in a dark place when not being worn.
Natural colours have the tendency to change its colour a little bit in the first few washes but that’s the beauty of nature and the factor that change is inevitable in nature.

Shipping   

The products are on a made-to-order basis to avoid excess wastage of resources by the label and keep piling on inventory. On confirmation of the order, the products will be shipped in 10-12 working days  

Return and Exchange  

• Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customized orders ; however if required alterations can be done.

• If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the product back with intact tags within 48 hours of receiving the products. Please add a small note of your size requirements and write to us on hello@ciceroni.in. 

• In case of receipt of damaged piece in transit, you can write to us on hello@ciceroni.in and return the product with intact tags within 48 hours of receiving the products.
