Shipping & Returns

1. Exchange/Return Policy: In order to return/exchange a product it must be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the products.

  • We offer only size exchange. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at hello@ciceroni.in , within 48 hours of receiving the products.
  • The return/exchange courier is to be borne by the customer, we do not have a return/exchange pickup service.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will only provide alterations at an extra cost.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, please contact our care team at hello@ciceroni.in , within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
    - Order number
    - Delivery address
    - Specify the reason for return/exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

2. Revise/Cancellation Policy: If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@ciceroni.in quoting your order number in the subject line, within 24 hours of placing the order. As part of usual business practice, Ciceroni reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the entire amount back to you, if order has not been approved / processed by Ciceroni.

Refund Policy: Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

Shipping and Tracking:
We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.

  • We ship world wide and offer different shipping options as applicable.
  • We charge a standard Rs.150 as a delivery charge for orders below Rs. 2,000.
  • We have an option of express delivery with a standard charge of Rs. 500. (24-48 hours)
  • If multiple items have been purchased, please be aware that each product may be delivered to you at different times/dates.
  • Once an order has been processed it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL & Bluedart.
  • For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in a maximum of 12 working days. For orders with customisations, the delivery can take up to 17-20 working days.
  • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

International Shipping:
For International Customers

  • Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
